Terms and Conditions

evisa-azerbaijan.az provides independent Azerbaijan eVisa application assistance. It is not a government agency and is not the official state eVisa portal.

Scope of the service

We assist applicants with the online eVisa process, communications, payment workflow and delivery of the application result. Government authorities retain responsibility for visa decisions and border admission.

Applicant responsibility

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, checking the information before submission and using the same eligible passport or travel document for the application and travel. Incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent information may cause delay, refusal or an invalid visa.

Processing times

Standard and Urgent options describe the applicable eVisa processing route. Processing can depend on correct information, completed payment and any additional information requested. A processing estimate is not a guarantee of visa approval or entry.

Payment and fees

The applicable amount is presented during the application and payment process. Payment is completed through the configured bank or payment-provider page. Government or processing charges already incurred may be non-refundable; any service-specific refund entitlement must be assessed according to the stage and circumstances of the application.

Visa and entry decisions

Submission or payment does not guarantee that an eVisa will be issued. Visa issuance, refusal and admission to Azerbaijan remain subject to the competent authorities and applicable immigration rules.
